The story

Someone is still whistling.

Itara comes home to Porto Calado, a riverside village deep in the Amazon, to bury her grandmother — the village healer. But there is no body. The old woman didn't die. She vanished. And at night, from the dark water, someone is still whistling.

MATINTA is a hand-crafted point-and-click mystery steeped in Brazilian folklore — the legend of the Matinta Perera. Search lamp-lit houses, solve puzzles hidden in the world itself, and uncover what the village did, one whistle at a time. Every chapter asks you to make one choice that the village will remember — and five different endings wait at the end of the river.
